Question about 2004 Honda Civic
I have an 04 civic and when you open the glove box, there is a small white sticker with some numbers on it, on the driverside of the box. the 5 digit # on the bottom should be your code to reset the radio, if it was the original radio in the car.

Not all makes and models of vehicles need codes. Most radios have their own issues and need a scanner to troubleshoot. Call a dealer and ask if your vehicle needs a code. If so,you will have to pay diagnostic time to find it.
