Question about 1995 GMC Sierra C1500
No its not normal. Could be begining of a defective oil pump in the torque converter. Bring the vehicle to a transmission repair shop and have them test main line pressure and if the manufacturer permits do a reverse stall test. This way you can determine exactly whats wrong with the vehicle.
