Question about 1997 Volkswagen Jetta
My brakes are not stopping my car very easily. I have to press as hard as I can to come to a stop and then almost roll through the stop. Can I continue to drive like this until I can get to a mechanic...I am on the road trying to get home.
Check the brake fluid, if you have good fluid level then you need to have the brakes checked out. They may not stop at all the next time. Better safe than relying on them to stop you.
