Question about 2003 Toyota Corolla
If your Corolla has Daytime running lights, they would stay on during the day. This is a regulation requirement in Canada. If your car is from Canada or had a Canadian Destination when it was built it would have that. Otherwise the DRL relay is wrong in the vehicle. Let me own how it goes. The CR label on the driverside door will tell you if it was made for Canada.
