1999 ford econoline e 250 low voltage (7volts) at fuel pump, where is the relay located and how can it be identified?

The fuel pump relay should be near the driver side fender or the battery along with other relays. It should have a dark green and yellow wire that goes to the inertia switch, a red wire that goes to the EEC relay, and two other wires that may be light blue and orange.
The wire that powers the pump goes to the inertia switch then to the pump.

The blower fan on my 2001 ford econoline e-250 has quit working just in time for sub-zero temperatures. It was working now and then since I bought the van 8 months ago. Where are the relays for the fan...

1 Open the hood, and remove the cover from the fuse block. Locate the fuse numbered "105,"and remove it with a fuse puller.

2 Install a replacement 40-amp fuse in slot "105," and reattach the fuse block cover. If the blower is still malfunctioning, you may need to replace the motor.

3 Open the passenger's side front door, and locate the blower underneath the right side of the dashboard. Remove the three screws securing it to the vehicle.

4 Remove the three screws securing the motor to the fan blower, and install a replacement motor.

5 Reinstall all of the screws, and close the door.

Im tryng to locate the fuse for the a/c. for some reason the a/c stop working. i change the motor resistor, and was told to verify the fuse. Where can i find it?

Hi, the blower fuse is #13 in the box by the battery. There is also a blower relay there. If the fuse is good, try swapping the relay.

How do i find the location of the blower motor fuse on a 97 ford econoline v6 three quarter ton van?

Check in the Power Distribution Box; the high current fuses contained in the Power Distribution Box protect your vehicle's main electrical systems from overloads; these fuses provide the connection between the battery and your vehicle's electrical systems...

Where is the fuse located for the ac blower in a 1999 ford e 150?

It is not a fuse it is a relay. It is locked in the fuse box in you engine bay. Read the inside of the fuse box cover and it will tell you which one it is.

Blower Fan not working

Could be a fuse or a relay, they are usually under the hood in the "Fuse/Relay box". The exact location should be indicated in the box cover and/or the owner's manual of the van. To try the relay, most of the relays in that box are the same, you can try switching it with another one and see if it works. But, i suspect a possible bad blower fan motor, they seem to go quite often on Econoline vans. They are a pretty simple item to replace, located under the hood on the passenger side, on the firewall. To diagnose for a bad motor, unplug the plugin on the motor, and with the key on, heater control to max, use a test light or a multimeter to check for power and ground at the plugin. Another thing, is the fan not working on all speeds, or is it working on max speed, the reason for my question is, if it's only working on max, the resistor (used for lower speeds) is probably bad. It is located close to the motor in the airbox on the passenger side of the firewall.
