Hello, dipstick is on left of motor when looking from front towards the fire wall, has a 10mm bolt, remove bolt and hang on to it, if vehicle has been driven, start her back up, pull dipstick, wipe off and put back in then pull dipstick out and check, should be in hot range if you've been driving her. If not hold brake and run tranny park through rev-drive and back to park a few times ending in park and leavin her runnin and pull stick out, wipe and return and pull out again and read and should be in cold range. If you need to add ensure you use nissan J-matic which of course can only get from dealer at a pretty penny. Re-install bolt.

Where is the P1757 FRONT BRAKE SOLENOID VALVE located in nissan pathfinder 2005 transmission?

Yes it has something to do with the transmission and the picture and legend of parts inside your transmission will help aid you in that valve's location. I would check the connector at the transmission (outside) for any moisture or debris that may have gotten inside that connector and cause a poor connection. Hope this helps...
