I cant find the fuel filter for a 2004 kia rio can u help

have a look on the passenger side near the real wheel underneath near the fuel tank its should be located there

The fuel filter in 2004 Kia Rio is located back on the driver side by the rear wheel. You can clearly identify it as it is a black cylinder with three hoses going on it. May look like this - http://www.racepages.com/images/products/thumbs/fram/AHG8534.jpg

That sounds like a fuel starvation problem. The easy route would be to replace your fuel filter and see if the problem is solved.

Your fuel filter is located under the car on the drivers side. It will be about the middle of the car.

ENGINE SURGING COULD BE INTAKE AIR LEAK. DIRTY FUEL INJECTORS.STOPPED UP FUEL FILTER.BAD SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES.FAULTY FUEL PUMP.

Look under the car, its just below the back drivers side door, you will see the filter there, its black if its factory and it has three hoses coming off it, basically, find ur gas tank and work ur way to the front of the car following the lines and you will find the filter. Right by the tire more or less. Cant miss it really...

its i your gas tank doesnt need to be replaced
