Question about 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee
There are a few things that could cause this. Bad starter relay, bad ignition fuse, loose or corroded negative battery cable. You will have lights, stereo and fan but not enough power to turn starter. Also a bad neutral safety switch on the tranny would cause this but ohmmeter would be needed to test.
