You need to check the battery and the alternator and maybe the starter too. if alternator is bad it will run the battery down. if the battery is old and not taking a charge this can happen. if the starter is going bad it will draw too much and run the battery down.what happens if you jump it be very careful about positive and negative connections a mistake here can be costly. good luck

I just bought a 1994 Toyota Camry had to use own battery and buy a new alternator fuse. Now everything is running ok but the stereo won't work

Radio is off or it's on and won't play? There could be an line fuse in the power wire going to the radio. That would mean pulling the radio to check.

My xr6 wont go!!!!

It sounds like you need a new battery, the battery may work the radio but wont have enough power to keep the car going,

Alternatively the altenator may not be charging the battery so that could be the fault.

Lastly check the battery connection from the battery to the car body and the wire leading to the altenator and ensure they all have good tight contact.

A loose earth/ground wire can cause this

My 1994 325i wont start if the power locks arent working and only the drivers door opens is this a safety feature that it wont start if the doors dont unlock

Check the battery as the power locks stop working if your battery is dead, which will also stop you from starting the car.

New battery

If it is dead already test the starter. Make sure if you have an amp to your stereo it is not on all the time.
