The blower motor is bad,or the clutch coil on the ac compressor is bad, replacement of the clutch coil assembely,or new compressor will fix the problem.

2004 Oldsmobile Alero, 4 door, 3.4. 37 fuse has blown twice. I replaced the fuse and it worked fine but I think it's going to keep blowing. I heard that fuse 37 relates to air conditioning. Is that true?...

Whenever a fuse blows it is because the if a fault in the wiring or components that that fuse is protecting. So with that said it wouldn't have anything to do with freon, is your fan for the heater/AC working ok? Does it work on all speeds and not making noise. As for your freon if you have anyone who could put a little in for you to see if it low that would save you some money. Get back to me if on your fan operation.

Airconditioner will not work

Defective compressor clutch, or ground fault in the ac switch circuit.
Disconnect lead to compressor from ac switch.
Run a fused line from the battery to the compressor, if it works without blowing the fuse, check for fault in the AC switch circuit.

Sentra AC

There's a 10amp fuse that powers the ac clutch relay and compressor. There are 15amp fuses that power the blower motor and the ac control switch. All of those fuses get power from the key switch. The resistor and fan switch provide the ground circuit for the blower motor.
I would want to know if those fuses are getting power, and if the control panel is working. You should be able to ground the blower motor and make it run on high, and that should not have any effect on if the ac compressor is running or not.
It could be a key switch problem in that the circuit is not strong enough to handle the load from the blower and the compressor at the same time.

No ac nd my fan stop working completely

Fuses blow because of higher than normal amperage in the circuit. Not sure what circuit the blown fuse is for but if it is for the fan the fan may be shorted therefore blowing the fuse. If you put fuse in while the ac was still on try shutting off the ac then putting the fuse in. See if it blows then if it doesn't then turn the ac on and if it blows you have at the very least isolated the system at fault.

Fan Blows, heater works, NO light on "A/C" Power

Yeah, before you do that, check all your fuses first to make sure there isn't a blown fuse. If all ok then it's time to start looking into the ac control panel. Some panels can be disassembled and a little cleaning can get them working again, just takes a little time, better that $300 to $500 for a new one.

Need a little more info. Does the blower motor still blow? Have you checked the fuses? Is the ac compressor engaging?

The fuse from the AC keeps blowing up< what can be the cause?

i had this problem....it was the little ac fan in front of the radiator. must have picked up a rock and offset the fan blades so the shaft wouldn't turn and of course blow the fuse everytime i turned it on.
