If both right and left turn quit at the same time and the bulbs are good then look in the fuse box and you will have what is called a signal stat. It is usually round, about 1.25 inches across and about 1 inch high. Try changing it out, should fix things.

My turn signals sometimes will quit working then I have to hit the hazard lights button leave it on and then turn my turn signals on then they work what causes this to happen

When the turn signals quit working pull up , down , front to back an back to front on the turn signal switch handle . Do they work when doing this ? Pontiac had bad switch . The power for the turn signals goes through the flasher / hazard module . Could be the switch or the module.
The HAZARD LPS fuse in the left hand instrument panel (LH IP) junction block supplies battery positive voltage to the flasher module, which is part of the hazard switch assembly. The TURN LPS fuse in the LH IP junction block supplies ignition positive voltage to the flasher module. The turn signal lamps may only be activated with the ignition switch in the ON position. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left or right position, current flow is from the flasher module's output to the turn signal switch assembly. The flasher module then sends an on-off voltage signal to either the left or right turn signals and their instrument panel cluster (IPC) indicator. When the hazard switch is pressed, all the turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn signal indicators.

I have a 99 pontiac grand am my turn signals and flasers do not work the fuses are good

Try replacing the flasher unit. When you purchase a new one, get the newer style that flashes evenly even when there are burned-out bulbs. The auto shop should be able to tell you where, under the dash that the flasher is stored.. sometimes near or on the fuse block.

Got a 99 Pontiac Grand Am se radio doesn't work no display or anything

There is an inline fuse somewhere at the back of the unit on the red wire. See if you can find it.

Pontiac grand am se model 64,000km left and

I suspect the fuse first... the door to the fuse compartment has the listing of which are for what... locate the 'turn' fuse and check it...
Then , if that didnt fix it... I would investigate the Hazard lights fuse... (if they are on , or the switch to them is not connected , the turn signals will not work)

Pontiac 1994 grand am . turn singnals quit working but the emergency flashers all work fine. i checked the fuses and changed out the round flasher and square relay under the dash and still no turn signals

it sounds like the multi function switch quit,
the turn signal handle your using is the turn signal switch,it is called a multi function switch because it now also does more like your dimmer switch or cruise control.you need to remove three screws under the steering cover to get to it

Front driver turn signal quit. changed bulb, worked for short time, then quit. bulb OK. passenger side quit 1-2 months later. bulb OK. neither front emergency flasher work. automatic daytime front lights...

Check for head light (daytime)relay to be bad, this might have to do with the turn signals also,if the turn signals on this car, also have running lights in them,If this relay is not bad, replace the body control module.
