What does the coil look like and where is it location on the 1995 gmc sierra 1500 with 305

The coil is easily visible, it should be mounted near the distributor and it is in its own mount that is bolted to the passenger side of the intake manifold. you will need to unbolt the coil mount from the engine, and remove the mount from the old coil, you will need to use the mount for the new coil.
