Question about 1995 BMW 3 Series
Try taking off the distributor cap and check for cracks. It's likely that water got into the distributor cap and both stalled the car out and is preventing it from starting again. Once you are sure the cap is good and all the components are dry (can use compressed air or starting fluid to dispel moisture), put the cap back in place and try starting.
