SOURCE: 2001 Pontiac Montana trouble code P1133 ???

Sounds like you have a wheel speed sensor bad
P1133 reffers to your oxygen sensor tho and would not be related to the ABS/trac control systems.

SOURCE: 2001 Pontiac Montana - what is a misfire #5?

Without your actual trouble code, I am assuming that you are have a misfire on cylinder # 5. The computer cannot really tell what is causing the misfire only that cyl 5 is not putting out full power. If it misfires when cold then smooths out as it warms up, I would say it is probably an injector that is sticky, as it warms up it starts working properly.

The a/c will not turn on on ?

Most a/c systems require a certain amount of freon to be in the system before the compressor will be allowed to engage. If your system has leaked down below that point, you might need to add freon. Hook up a gauge to the low pressure side to see if the pressure is low and add freon if necessary.

Refreshing freon in AC system of vehicle

If the system is low on freon, you can buy a kit to add 12 oz.
The kit will come with a fitting that connects to one of the ports on the a/c line in the engine compartment.
A bigger question will be, if the system is low, where is the leak ?

Can I add freon even though my compressor will not engage

No the compressor must run to **** the refrigerant into the system. The other way is to pull a vacuum on the system, but that takes a very expensive AC evacuation pump.
