A drop of 200 to 300 rpm is pretty normal. Anything past that is not. An rpm drop with shaking can usually be traced to either a fuel mixture (too much fuel, or lean mixture from a vacuum leak) or, an ignition misfire (ignition is actually suppressed when the engine is under load) Therefore weak spark (bad coil), fouled plugs, a bad cap, rotor or ignition wires, will not permit good spark inside the combustion chamber, resulting in a mis-fire and shaking..
There are other larger issues that can also cause similar problems such as a burnt valve, stretched timing chain, low engine compression or a mal-functioning transmission torque converter. Be aware of those things but don't worry about them. 99% of problems such as yours are isolated to what I've written.
in any computer controlled system, guessing is not an optional means of diagnosis. Other than obvious problems that you can see (like a vacuum hose that is cracked or has fallen off or ignition wires that you can see sparks jumping from in the dark), you need to use a decent manual like haynes or chilton in order to do proper testing and find the problem without spending your entire bank account replacing parts.
If you have a question about anything you find you can ask here as well!

Well the tcm is going into limp in mode. Have the vehicle scanned. If it is in limp then it has a trouble code in the tcm. This will give you a clue to what is going on.

Put a new transmission in and now the car from 0 to 30 has a slow start. but after that it pulls like its suppose to.

Try putting the transmission in low or 1st gear manually shift it down and try taking off as you accelerate shift it manually to 2 then drive. Did it take off like it should when you put it into low and then shift up or did you feel more power when it was in low if so it sounds like the transmission is not going into low gear but taking off in maybe second gear or even drive. When it takes off in any other gear but low it will start slow and sluggish and as you begain to gain speed it will start feel normal but thats because the speed matches the gear you in at that point. If my assistance was helpful please take the time to rate my assistance thank you.

With normal acceleration the 1st to second shift point should be around 2500-3000 rpm. Most of your shifts under moderate acceleration will take place at this same point or when there a light load on the transmission. Under hard acceleration the RPMs will climp higher due to increased power needs and the computer will shift when less power is needed or the RPMs climb to an unsafe speed say5000-6000rpms (depending on where yours redlines). Also going up a steep hill will raise the RPMs higher and goind down a hill will cause a faster shift at lower RPMs. These can always be altered by an individual owner by adjusting shift points, using performance parts and if you have problems (low tranny fluid/trans issues). Your trans RPMS are fine and will vary depening on how your foot accelerates. The shift pattern should be the same every time you drive slow/medium/fast/, look for changes in those patterns you will also catch a problem early.
