Check your in-service date for warranty. Its always a good idea to contact 2 dealers for info about service bulletins and extended warranties.
If not, most joints have a rubber boot that can be replaced with aftermarket split boots. You may be lucky and just have a missing metal clamp. Then inject some more lube and reclamp and you are good to go.
