Does the noise come from the front or back of the Montero?

Thanks,

Does your vehicle have wheel covers? Could be a stone inside the cover.

When I step on the brake I don't hear no clicking noise what is wrong?

What kind of clicking noise do you expect to hear? Applying the main brakes is usually a silent activity.
If you are referring to the emergency brake, it is the clicking of the ratchet when applying the emergency brake. The clicking is the sound of spring loaded metal teeth bouncing along a cog wheel. The action is similar to the teeth on a hand winch that does not allow backward turning. If when applying the emergency brake the sound is not heard then the spring may be broken or dislodged.
Does the brake engage? Does the handle stay pulled until the brake is released? If not then the locking of the brake is not happening.

I have a 94 mitsubishi montero ls. it started making a noise as if it were throwing a front wheel bearing. I pulled over and check the front hubs for heat. None was found. So with hopes it would change...

Possible, but any noise should be investigated fully. Start by checking front diff oil, then transfer case oil. Best to just drain both then look for any metal in oil.

I have a Montero Sport 2003, last week I had Freon added to be prepared for the summer, I noticed a noise and ask the mechanic, he said it was the fan but nothing to worry about. I drove the Montero for 2...

If the noise started after you added the Freon, then it perhaps is your AC clutch. Normally if you have an automatic AC system, then when the Freon gets low, the auto system will not allow the AC to engage, only allowing the fan to circulate outside air. In order to add Freon to the system, the AC lock out has to be over ridden, in order for the compressor to **** in the Freon. This in turn engages the AC system so that the clutch engages, thus engages your AC system. The clutch bearings may be at fault.

I NEED TO INSPECT THE RIGHT HAND FRONT WHEEL BRAKE CALLIPER AND I DONT KNOW ABOUT A MITSIBUSHI AS THJIS IS A RECENT ACQUISITION AS THERE IS A COARSE SOUND COMMING FROM THAT AREA SOMETIMES AND AT A FULL...

The sound you hear is most likely the brake pad wear, not the caliper. When pads start to wear down, they will start to make grinding noise, and not necessarly all the time. As the pad wears down more, then the grinding will be hear consistently.
It could also be a worn hub bearing. Jack up the vehicle and spin the tire and see if you can recreate this noise. Use jack stands to support the vehicle.

Noise in front wheels

The clicking sound is usually a cv joint, have them both checked to see which one it is, if not both of them gone.
