Brake lights do not work.

Are the brake lights the ONLY lights that do not work? Does the third (high mount) brake light work when you apply the brake pedal?
The Hummer H3 is basically a Chevy Trailblazer in Hummer clothing.. so the first place to look is the brake light fuse. If it is good, then check for power at the brake light switch mounted near the top of the brake pedal pivot area. Also be sure that the bulbs themselves are OK.

2005 trailblazer. the bulb lights for brakes but not when outside lights to vehicle are on.

Does the high mounted brake light work normally? If the problem is only the corner mounted brake lights, I would say you have a poor ground condition related to these bulb locations.

2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer - when I am stopped at a red light I feel a vibration in the steering wheel and hear this vibration as well. It diminishes greatly when I shift to neutral. I asked my local...

I beg to differ with the shop. Take a look at your motor mounts, while they may "look" ok, they are squished and leave the engine lower than it should be, especially being a 2002 TB. The only other problem I've seen is the transmission mounts. But this is almost always the motor mounts. Buy OEM mounts as aftermarket ones tend to crush too much defeating the purpose of getting new ones. They are around $93 each, need 2 of them. Can be done yourself, but is difficult.

Back up lights don't work

Just check all the fuses one at a time. It may also be a defective brake light switch. The switch is located somewhere mounted on the brake pedal lever.

Highlander Tail Light

Could be the seal around the taillight assembly is leaking water onto the bulbs. I had a similar problem and resealed the plastic lens cover and that was that.... no more burned out bulbs.

Wet Headliner

You likely have a water leak around the 3rd brake light mounted on the top rear of the cab. I had this same issue on my 96 Ranger Supercab and found that the foam seal had gone bad and was allowing water to leak into the back of the headliner around the light fixture. It ended up soaking the headliner from one side to the other as the headliner acts as a 'wick'. You can repair this issue by either replacing the sealant around the 3rd brake light or replacing the brake light. There are two screws which secure the 3rd brake light assembly to the back of the cab. Remove these and it will pop right out. I upgraded mine to an LED light when I replaced it. That solved two issues at once as I'll never need to change a bulb there again. If you want to be cheaper you can not replace the light and just seal it with rubber silicone sealer.
