Oil in radiator , but there is no oil and water mixing in sump

I am assuming its motor oil and not transmission fluid, right ?
You can have a leaking intake gasket or head gasket and get oil in the coolant without getting coolant in the crankcase.
Same thing opposite. The bigger the leak, the better the chance of getting both at the same time.

If a water pump in a 2004 chrysler pacifica with 3.5l is leaking would it run out right below the crank pulley

This is common water pump failure on the pacifica, the bearings start to leak.
Since it is ran off the timing belt it is very common for the coolant to eat away at the timing belt, once that belt breaks your engine is destroyed.
This is not a repair that is OK to put off, replace the water pump timing belt and tensioner

Changed thermostst and heater hose, car ran fine but leaked on right side of engine (Freeze Plug) now car stopped running while driving and wont start

sounds like the frost plug(freeze plug)let go and needs to be replaced. may have overheated the motor and it stopped due to overheating, as you say it was running and then just stopped and won`t start. just so you know the right side of the motor is the side facing the radiator as the pulleys face the drivers side. this is how a tech differentiates left from right on a Honda. fill with the proper anti-freeze and water mixture. this is all the help I can give you with the information you have supplied.

My 97 lumina keeps over heating i changed the water pump thermastat and radiator cap and bled the system of all the air only water comes out when i losen the screw on the top hose next to the thermastat...

It could still have air in the system, or a leaking head gasket is putting cylinder compression into the cooling system. You can have engine compression leaking into the radiator without having coolant in the engine cylinders.

How to replace all the belts 94 camry

you will need a 14 mm wrench a flat head screw driver 3/8 ractchet 12 mm socket short 6 inch and 1 inch extension on the front of the motor is the altenator there is a tensioner on it losen the two bolts on the front of the altenator then with th 12 mm socket turn the tensioner bolt it is on the right side of the altenator you will be looking directly down on it once the belt is loose enough remove then for the power steering pump belt jack car up remove passenger side wheel there you will see a dust cover remove it after its removed you will see the crankshaft pulley to your left there is the pump losen the rear bolt on the pump and then the front one should also have tensioner like the altenator asemble back together in reverse order after you make the intial tension on belt run for about 30 sec to one minute recheck tension.

Water Leak

You have two options to start with, either pressure test the cooling system to check if you have a leak under pressure or you will need to check your water in the radiator for combustion gases. Quite a simple check with the right equipment. the air from the header tank gets absorbed into the liquid that changes colour if combustion deposits are present.
If no leaks are visible the water is probably getting burnt in the engine, ie head gasket.
Have you checked the oil for emulsification, basically it goes white mix oil with water under these circumstances the cam/ rocker cover is full of a white sludge.
Also bear in mind if you have wet liners for the pistons the seals can go allowing oil to enter the sump[.
