Question about 2002 Nissan Sentra
What is the first step in changing the serpentine belt on a 2002 nissan sentra.
Usually with a serpentine belt the trick is the tensioner. You need to be able to move it to release and replace the belt. the only other thing is the routing of the belt. several special tools are sold to move the tensioner. some are long bars with different types of attachments and some a ratcheting bars with the same attachments. Sometimes you can do it with a standard retchet but not always. Wish i could be of more help maybe you have a harbor freight in your area and they sell an inexpensive one you can use. good luck
