I have a 2008 Hyundai santa fe and I read a p0131 on a scan tool. where is the oxygen sensor bank1 sensor?

code p 0131 refers to heated oxygen (HO2S) sensor 1 bank 1 ---low voltage ===causes --exhaust leak--wiring short to ground ---HO2S sensor ---ECM
the HO2s) is the sensor in the exhaust manifold before the cat converter and bank 1 is closest to the fire wall
the exhaust leak could be in the mesh covered section of the exhaust pipe from the manifold to the cat converter as they crack and that will throw out the HO2s reading back to the ECM

Loss of engine power, loud whistling noise

Exhaust manifold leak? That's not common. You talking about the VVT near the manifold at the top of engine above the power steering pump? Yes indeed, AC Delco is the only one our engines love. 41-103. Obviously you have P0304, what other codes?

Vsc & check engine light on. Code reads cylinder 2 misfire I have changed the plugs swaped coil with another cylinder swaped vsv's swaped injector plugs with another cylinder always shows misfire #2...

You may need to look at your exhaust system. If you have a leak, your O2 sensors will send the wrong reading to your engine which will in turn tell your engine to fire differently. Your code will come up reading as a misfired bank. See if you have an exhaust leak first, then see about changing out the O2 sensors behind the leak.

Coolant leak between the fire wall and the engine, no one have been able to locate the leak

You have a water inlet on the back of the engine right between the heads on the top of the block. The only good way to tell is to remove the upper intake manifold and pressure up the cooling system to 16 pounds if its not visible. To fix it, you would have to remove the upper intake anyway.

Engine backfire's when you let off gas but idle's fine

Engines backfire when timing has slipped. You might need a new timing belt. \

Timing belt goes from Crankshaft on bottom of engine to Camshaft on top of engine. Both have to be synchronized to the correct timing.

Check repair manual or internet for correct timing. You'll probably have to find top dead center on first piston.

Oil leak 1998 plymouth breeze

First check your PCV system and make sure it is in good working order this is a must. Then check the cam sensor or oil sending unit, it is located between the engine and fire wall under the exhaust manifold.
