Where is the fuel filter located in a 2004 Buick LeSabre Custom? Can we replace it ourselves or does it require a technician?

follow the fuel line under vehicle by tank will see filter inline one end has a female thread the other is a press release

Should be in the fuel line, under the car, between the engine and the gas tank. Usually not far from the gas tank.

Is the pump getting power from the fuel pump relay ?

Apparently on my 93 buick lesabre. It's located on the passager side just behind the front tire. Where the fuel lines go up ti the engine.

Your vehicle's fuel pump relay is located on the relay center, behind the glove box, 2nd column of relays, 2nd one from the top.
