We would have to suspect the cooling fan relay or fuse, see here p261

I have a 1996 Toyota Camry 2.2l. My service engine light bulb is burned out. How do I get the dash apart to get to the instrument cluster, to replace the bulb

its not too hard actually, first u have to take out the left pocket by the steering wheel, pull out, then press buttons on the side and youll see the fuses behind there, then theres 3 bolts for the bottom piece u need to get to, 2 are covered by little plastic plugs on both sides of the steering wheel(pretty noticeable about 1 inch by 1 inch) remove those bolts, then theres one more under sort of by the pedals you should see it it looks like the other two but without a plug, take that off, there should be screws on the left and right under the plastic for the top part of the dash, once u get that unscrewed make sure to unhook the dim light switch and it should pull up easy enough, then youll see screws for the instrument panel, take those off and carefuly pull the instrument panel out i think its top out first, then simply twist the bulb out thats burn and replace and screw it back together, it seems like alot but its not too bad, if u have any questions email me at knukkles122292@yahoo.com and i can guide u through it by looking at my car which is the same exact one haha

Heater works only on high speed on a 1999 toyota camry CE 4 cyl. Please advise what may be the problem.

I just fixed this problem on my 99 Camry. The fan only worked on high. It was the resistor. Bought it for $29.99. It is under the dash on the passenger side. Just above where the passengers left foot would be. You DO NOT need to take out the glove box. The resistor is located just above where the carpet ends. It is held in place by a plug with about 6 wires. It has two phillips head screws. Get a short elbowed phillips head and switch it out.

Heater only runs on high

Most likely caused by faulty blower fan speed control resistor module.
This unit is usually located in the heater air ducting under the dash ( in the blower fan airflow ) - unplug and remove fixing screws to replace.

Where is fan blower motor located on 99 toyota camry

The blower motor for the inside of the car is located on the passenger side of the dash under the glove box. Should have a lower panel under the dash to remove. Remove the panel and you will see the blower motor mounted under it.

Blue fuse when replacing dash light buld with pliers lights on

If memory serves me correct, the fuse panel will be under the dash on the left hand side or in the side of the dash on left hand side between door and dash.

Change heater blower motor . Where is the motor mounted, under the dash or under the hood on the firewall?

The motor is mounted on the firewall of the car. It has a wire harness, 3 bolts and a rubber hose that will need to be disconnected before you pull out motor.

Heater fan broblem

You have some type of foreign material in the fan. Under the dash, on the passenger side, locate the fan motor. Remove the electical plug, and the 3 screws that holds the fan motor onto the housing; drop the fan straight down, after removing the 3 screws. Clean out the debris, and reinstall the fan. Easy to do.
