Question about 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee
There should be a wire "c" clip between the handle and the panel. You need to pull it out.I usually do that with a stiff piece of single strand steel wire with a hook bent on one end but you can use just about anything like that or buy a removal tool. When putting it back together, put the clip on the handle then just push it on.
