It is mounted on top of the master cylinder, which is mounted to the brake power booster, bolted to the firewall on the driver side of the vehicle. Should be a white plastic container with a black lid.

Location of brake fluid container

On both of the vehicles that i have, the brake fluid resivore is located on the drivers side. It is usually mounted by the wheel well. It has maybe 6 or 7 small pipe lines comming of of it. If the fluid resivore is empty you will have to bleed the brakes which is a whole diferent thing. If you think ou have to bleed the brakes let me know and i will give you more instuctions.

I have no pressure in my back brakes.. I just noticed there are two resivors for break fluid... why is this?

One resivor for the front and one for the back. You may have a blockage in the line or a bad master cylinder.

The clutch is to the floor in my hyundai elantra 2000, where do i put the fluid in, nothing is marked.

The fluid resivor is a small bowl with a cap on it on the drivers side under the hood near the brake master cylinder. If there is no fluid in it the clutch may be worn out and needs to be replaced. Also if you fill the resivor you may need to bleed the system. Fill the resivoir with normal brake fluid (DOT 3) them locate the bleeder screw on the slave cylinder bolted to the transmission. I have pictures for you of the Clutch master cylinder (where the fluid goes) and the slave cylinder where you bleed it.

How to bleed brakes on 1500 1999 silverado I lost brakes completely but there was still one-half in reservoir, replaced some brake lines, having hard time bleeding

In order to do this. Jack up the car on tire at a time. Look underneath the car and you should see a bleeder valve. Attach a hose to the valve, then run the valve into a jar filled with brake fluid. Have some apply pressure to the brake pedal. Open the valve insuring the hose is in the brake fluid. Do Each wheel on wheel at a time. Refill the brake resivor each time After bleeindg all brakes refill resivor. .

The parking brake light for my 2002 pontiac grand prix comes on and off at will. I applied the parking brake and release it stays on and the goes off and comes back on its confusing to me

Make sure you have the proper amount of break fluid in the resivor. the next time it comes on, pop the hood and unplug the connector that is going to the brake master cylinder, see if it goes out.
Report back if the light stays on. If it goes out then the fluid level sensor is bad. You can replace just the sensor, you do not need to replace the whole resivor.

1997 VW brakes (not a GLS)....was driving and had to step hard on brakes due to truck veering into my lane and the brake went all the way to the floor. Up to that point brakes were fine. I only have 73000...

Bad brake line somewhere or bad brake cylinders. The extreme braking you did to avoid the truck poped a weak brake line "most likely" or brake cylinder.
