Question about 1992 Chevrolet Lumina APV
First things first..
disconnect the cables from the butterfly and figure out if you have a stuck cable or a stuck butterfly, if its a cable, it just needs replaced. if its the butterfly then you need to get a can of carb cleaner and clean the black gue on the back side of the butterfly off, make sure when you unstick the butterfly that you push it in the right direction it will be slightly tilted and you can tell what way to go.
If you need anything else feel free to ask.
