SOURCE: Starting

You need four things to get combustion in the engine - proper timing, air, spark, and fuel. First, check for an engine error code. If there is none, check for spark by pulling out a spark plug wire and place the lead near a ground. If you have a spark while the engine turns over, then that's one component down. If you don't, check the coil for a spark. If you don't get it there, replace the coil. Similarly, check the fuel filter and air filter. If nothing's turning up, then look at the timing belt.

SOURCE: 1993 dodge stealth trouble code 14 & 41, car

Code 14 is a faulty MAP sensor , and 41 is alternator field control circuit open or shorted. I'd start with checking and cleaning the connector at MAP sensor, and check all connection at alternator as well as battery. You'll need to replace MAP sensor and have alternator tested if cleaning doesn't cure it.

I replaced the trans in my 1991 ddge stealth es and trans fluid came out where do i putit back in at?

You add trans fluid through the trans dipstick tube (NOT the engine oil dipstick). Check your owners manual for the proper method to test the level, most cars lately you check the level with the trans fully warm, in Park, engine running, parked on a level surface. (Set the parking brake, block the wheels.) You will need a long funnel, available at any auto parts store. Do NOT overfill the transmission, as this will cause damage to it.
Use the correct type of trans fluid, check your owners manual.

I have a '91 stealth es. i need to know what distance should be from the clutch to the floor? Also i need to know how much free play the clutch should have. Mine has about an inch of free play.

thats ok as long as the clutch is operating well
as all this adjustment is to stop the thrust bearing from staying in contact & spinning all the time thus wearing it out prematurely!
if you feal you need to get it a liitle higher thats ok too so long as you have FREE PLAY1/8 to 1/4inch should be ok!
Cheers Rob
