Question about 2000 Volkswagen Jetta TDI
Check the oil level to do this you really need it pulged in to the diag as the leve has to be taken with the oil at a tempreture of 30-40 degrees, undo the small 5mm allenkey bolt in the gearbox sump and you should get a small amount of oil trickle out this is ok if no oil trickles out then its to low and will need topping up if the level is ok you may hace a sticking solenoid it which case you will require a new valve body
