Question about 1994 Toyota Pickup
Mine's in a different location than the previous post ... I've got a '94 Xtra Cab from Japan (pre-Tacoma). Pull the glove box ... 3 screws across the
top and then a screw and bolt below. There's a small covered fuse box for a/c and heater on passenger side about where the upper door hinge
attaches to body.

The a/c compressor has a low pressor cycle switch that shuts the compressor off in tyhe event of a low pressure(freon leak) I am sure if you recharge the a/c starting with 134a freon the system should come back online and be blowing cold.

Sounds like there is air in the cooling system causing the engine not to overheat but the heater not to work. Flush cooling system and work the air out of the system.

The power wire to your fuel pump must be shorting out somewhere. Disconnect it and see if your fuse still blows. If not, then follow the wire all the way back to the fuel pump, and look for a bare spot. Good luck!

Fuses are located under the dash on the left side, behind the glove box, and in the engine compartment. I have researched my Haynes manual and there is no reference to a ECU in this vehicle, which is probably why you can't find a fuse for it. Hope this helps, good luck.
