Question about 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier
Go to the local dealer and see the guy at the parts counter. Bring your registration so he can get your VIN and see that you own the car. They should be able to look up the code with the VIN number. Then it is just a matter of entering the code. If it is an aftermarket radio then you will have to remove it to get the serial number off the back and call it's manufacturer to get the unlock code. Finally if you bought the car used with an aftermarket code you have to do the above and hope that the previous owner didn't set the code to a personal number. If they did and you can't get a hold of them to ask what the code is then you will probably have to get a new radio. Good luck.
