Car at speed and warm need accerlation the car will bog out.

Check the catalytic converter or possibly a fuel line in the tank that maybe craked or the sock on the end may be cloged.

Is rough idiling and sometimes backing up it wants to hesatate a bit

check the distibutor,if it has play in it.check the plugs and wires first.put an additive in the tank to clean the fuel injectors.

I have 327 with two holly 650s on it I am getting a dead spot when I push the gas pedal down its about half thottle it kinda dies then if I give it another push on the gas it will go I changed the gas...

It could be a acceleration pump problem, or it could be that there are larger jets in the back carb. witch could make it hesatate when the secound carb. is starting to come in. Also holleys are a tempermental carb. and climent has a lot to do with there performance. You also might want to chk. the flote level, to low can cause it to hesatate.
