Most likely the power booster conncted to the master cylinder (on firewall under hood directly in front of you) is faulty or there is a vacum leak in the hose going to it.

I have 1959 dodge royal 4 door sedan have replaced all brake parts and bled them no pedle clamp off front hoses good brakes on back as soon as clamps remooved pedle goes to floor no leaks

Have you adjusted the brake shoes on the fronts? There should be a "star wheel" that you turn from behind the brake drum to adjust the shoes. Adjust until there's just a bit of drag on both sides...
Back that long ago, some brakes were not "self adjusting".

1998 jeep grand Cherokee 4x4 right front tire keeps locking up and makeing a grinding sound

Take the brakes apart & look for the problem

Brakes have to come apart once a year anyway,
to remove rust, inspect & lube & you flush the brake
fluid every 2 years,on all vehicles

Maybe the rubber flex hose is restricted or the calipers
& fluid are neglected & everything is just rusted & nothing

Front rotors whine

a whine or a squeel
if you put hard long life pads on the material used sometimes makes that noise the nonmetalic pads are the best way to go as they don't wear out the rotors as bad but you need to change the pads sooner . the harder the pads the longer the life but they are hard on the rotors as well ,let the pads seat for a while and see if the noise eases up

When my jeep is in 4x4 its hard to make turns

i assume you mean on hard surfaces. well this is do to the fact that while under power both front wheels want to turn at the same rpms. in a turn the outer wheel travels further therefor it is basicaly being drug. this is normal on all 4x4s when locked in.

1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Losing Brake Pressure

Tacoma front brakes do not work

it sounds like you are not bleeding in the right sequence around the truck and also the vehicle has to be level. but start at the RR,LR,RF,LF and also make sure the push rod for the master cylynder is actually engaging.
