It isn't sold as a separate part. You can get one from a wrecked unit - you will have to glue it solidly.

How to clean the lens on the headlight on a 2002 chevrolet

the lens is the outside piece that the wind hits when driving. you don't have to remove anything to get to them. what exactly do you mean by lens.

Passenger side headlight is dull; I have replaced with a new bulb, but it's still dull.

Almost certainly an earth problem. Bad or dirty connection to a part of the body of the car. Check for any corrosion on light fitting area, clean if dirty. Check wiring lead connections. Clean if corroded. Try spraying with WD40 or similar as this will prevent any further corrosion and ensure better earthing.

Also Check wattage rating and colour type on the globe you have put in. You should really replace both headlight globes at the same time to ensure similar quality of light is produced assuming all other factors are good.

Good luck with it, hope this helps.

The first thing is are the lens dull?, if they are you can have them cleaned with a 3m headlight restore kit. the 50.00 light should be brighter. you can go to an auto parts store and ask them. i don't have the name but the box reads extra bright lights. make sure the grounds are good and lens are clean and not faded.make sure the lights are aimed correctly. if all fails have some driving lights put on that will light up the road.

Drivers side head light is way dimmer than passenager light even after new bulb replacement

When looking from the outside of the headlight at the bulb, can you see the bulb clearly??
These lenses are notorious for dulling very badly. If it has you can use a regular headlight 'restoring' kit sold at most auto part locations.

If it is not a lens issue, you may have a wiring/supply issue.
Then you would need to find the troublesome wire/connection.
I am not the best at wiring issues, but I would try to find a power source wire with the same amperage rating, run a bypass jumper from a known good voltage source and see if the light changes. If no change, your problem may be the harness or plug at the rear of the headlight bulb.
Hope I could help

My head lights are very fogged i bought the restoration kit but cant figure out how to take off the cover to apply the soulution

Those restoration kits are only for the outside of the lenses. They oxidize and you use that kit to remove oxidation. If the haze is on the inside you need to replace the entire housing. They're sealed from the factory. Some people have tried to disassemble and clean insides but the success rate is very low.

The headlight lens on the front right is very dull. How can I remove the lense and clean inside?

I've never seen the problem on the inside of the lens, only on the outside. Auto parts stores sell a kit to clean the lens.

I did some reasearch and wihout having the car in front of me this might be bad information, I hope its not but what I am finding is it is one whole peice, the lens cap and the headlight are all in one. If his is the case i found one on a website that I use frequently.

If this is the light on the right side fender, you should be able to pop off the lens to replace the bulb. Use a screwdriver but be careful to not scratch the paint.
