Brake light and battery light both on

Hi Greg:

Is it possible that the brake switch is stuck on?

That would eventually cause the battery to go dead.

I'd suggest you charge the battery and try temporarily removing the wires from the brake light switch. See if the problem continues. Do not run the vehicle on the road without functional brake lights. UNSAFE, and ILLEGAL.

Brake lights went out on car and I need to check the fuse. Where is the fuse?

What you are looking for is the BRAKE SWITCH on the REAR of the BRAKE PEDAL. IT more than likely came off (happens more than you think) or the switch went bad.. It is an EASY FIX

Brake lights

1st check the bulbs, but if they went out at the same time it's probably the brake light switch that needs to be replaced.
