Question about 1998 Plymouth Voyager
I'm assuming you have had multiple technicians looking at this to no avail and every time they check out the car they cannot duplicate the concern and/or find any problems!
I had one of these recently that kick a few technicians before I got it
However, it was a flex fuel vehicle and you did not identify which engine is in your vehicle
Long story short, I found that the flex fuel sensor would open causing a misinterpretation by the computer and the vehicle would not start
replaced the fuel sensor and all problems were resolved
