There is a parkingbrake inside the hub of the rotor try hitting the hub with a hammer as hard as you can swing a couple of times without hitting the wheelstuds there may also be clips on at least 2 studs if the rotors havent been off remove these clips dont worry if you break them you wont need them the rotor should come off

2001 dodge caravan rear brake knocking when applying brakes

Sounds like you need some brake service. I would take your pads off and check them replace if necessary, check rotors and replace if needed, check calipers and replace if needed. If this is a drum set check shoes, and drum, and wheel cylinders. Bleed system.

How do you pull the rotor off a 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan?

I am pretty sure you are trying to remove the rear rotor, correct?

The rear rotor also has the e-brake shoes that are on the back side. The rotor is hung up on the shoes of the e-brake. Try tapping the side of the hat of the rotor with a hammer while you pull. this will often release the grip that the ebrake shoes have on the hat of the rotor.

How do I install rear brakes and rotors on a 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan

For Disc Brakes...simply use a 7mm allen wrench to remove the 2 bolts from the inside of the caliper and use a large C-clamp to put pressure on the hydrolic piston. The two pads slide right off for replacement. Reverse directions to install new ones.
