Question about 2007 Toyota Yaris
What cap was dropped? the oil fill cap or a cap from a quart of oil, if its the filler cap you will have to look around the engine area, it can hide in many spots so look closely, try to push it so it falls to ground, if it an oil cap from a quart of oil and is in the valve cover then try a grab rod, this is a long tool that open at the bottom and you control from the top and you grab the cap and pull it out, if that fails to work then valve cover will need to be removed, heres a picture of the tool and its called a spring claw, good luck.hope this helps.
