Fuel pumps don't have anything to do with spark. Have the codes read. My guess you lost the crank sensor, ignition module, or coil. Check your fuses also.

Changed fuel pump. Fuel pump does not come on and it's not the relay. What could the problem be? Was driving down the road and the engine shut down, but still turns over, just won't crank because...

do you have ignition fire? does the check engine/service engine soon light come on when when you turn the key on? can a scan tool communicate with the ECM? there are several things to check if you have no power to the fuel pump because the fuel pump relay is controlled by the ECM.

Car just shuts off whiles driving i let it sit for ten minutes and it starts back up i already changed plugs wires cap rotor and coil.

several things are possible, 1 you have an ignition switch than is coming apart (the electrical portion on the column) 2 the ignition module is failing (check for spark when the engine shuts off) 3 your fuel pump is failing, when the car shuts down, turn the key off wait about 10 seconds and turn the key on to the run position... if you hear a buzzing sound... that is the fuel pump working. If no buzzing is heard, it could be the fuel pump, pump relay, or the crash shutoff sensor located in the left rear of the trunk behind a small access panel. Hope this helps

I WILL BE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AND THE ENGINE CUTS OFF

Do you have a big bunch of keys swinging from the ignition switch? Sometimes the weight of lots of keys wears out the contacts in the back of the switch and you end up with an intermittent case of the car dying. Try wiggling the key when you are driving and see if that creates your problem. If that is your problem, the only fix is a new ignition switch. This problem won't give you a code because, so far as the computer is concerned, you have switched off the engine and switched it back on again.

The Hombre cuts off without warning while driving. Then it cranks back up.

sounds like a fuel filter problem, when the engine shuts down, the blockage settles, then when driving, the fuel pump draws the blockage back.......check fuel filters

Truck cuts off while driving down the road.

Replace the TFI module. Ford back in 1986 thur 1993 had problems like the one you wrote about. TFI module gets hot and shuts car or truck off then when it cools sometmies starts and sometimes not.
