Check your fuses. Sounds like someone didn't disconnect the battery while installing your starter and grounded the positive wire(very easy to do). Hope this helps

Is there a cheat to install a fuel pump?

Check under the rear seats to find access to the fuel pump. Check for power at the pump before you start taking it out.
GDI means gasoline direct injection.
I hope this helps.

Will not crank . Starter and battery good. Is there a fuel pressure switch that prevent s cranking? ? 2005 jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 fuel injection. Checked fuse s and relays for starting. Not for fuel pump...

have you checked power at the starter? the large wire at the starter motor will have constant battery voltage, and the smaller wire will have power only with the key in the crank position. If both wires have power then you will need to replace the starter.

Change starter now van wont start

battery good? enough amps. did you put all the wires on the starter.ground wire also.
if turns over then starter good, if not, bad starter/sylenoid or connection.
check to see if you are getting fuel , depending if carb just mesh on trottle to see gas poured in, if fuel injected there should be like a valve(like the one on the coolant line where one put freon in, press to see if pressure comes out. check spark to see if it is getting fire. all the above check out then it may well be computer might be bad.

Can my EGR , couse black smoke when i aply the trotle and some times trys to stall outand i get a loud clacking like ny lifters are not getting oil to them , This is on deisel 6.5 turbo.

BLACK SMOKE SIGN YOU NEED TO CHANGE AIR FILTER,BUT CLATTERING NOISE COULD BE THE INJECTION NOZZLES CLOGGED OR DEFECTED. YOU COULD ALSO HAVE BLOCKED FUEL LINE OR CLOGGED FUEL FILTER. FAULTY INJECTIONS NOZZLES HAS TO BE REPLACED CANT TAKE APART CLEAN THEM.

My car is losing power going uphill, sputtering really bad and idles hard....any ideas on what the problem is?

Sound like it is flooding itself.
Possibly and air flow sensor telling the car it is running too lean and thus injecting more fuel and boggin you down.
Does it do this from a dead stop when you mash the throttle to the floor?

I have a 95 s10 4.3 vortec with no power to the injectors i have repalaced the pump and did a pressure test 60 psi new filter new oil sensor new fuel regulator but cant find the problem everything works ...

First, after cranking the starter, have your pulled a spark plug to verify spark and fuel to the cylinder. If the plug is dry, the injectors are not working. If the plug is wet, no spark. You can verify spark by taking the spark plug and putting the spark plug wire back on it, lay the plug down and crank the starter. If it's getting voltage, a spark can be seen ar the end of the plug. Assuming that you have done the tests and determined that the cylinders are not getting fuel, that would indicate a bad fuel injection unit. If found defective, the fuel injection unit must be replace as a whole. This consists of the pressure regulator, fuel meter body, injector, and poppet nozzles and lines, sometimes referred to as the "spider injectors" because of the configuration. All of this resides under the upper air intake plenum, which would have to be removed.

YEP BAD COIL CLOGGED FUEL INJECTOR AND INTAKE LEAK TO CYLINDER 1.TRY CLEANING FUEL INJECTORS.IF STILL MISFIRE DO A COMPRESSION TEST TO THAT CYLINDER YOU COULD HAVE A MECHANICAL ISSUE.

is it carborated or fuel injected, most fuel injection systems have a automatic shut off if the engine is too hot, make sure the engine is not over heating or possibly the fuel injection sensor could be faulty

Can't really say. But you need to put a fuel pressure gauge on it.
Could be EGR, throttle position sensor, etc., but don't see how the starter could be related.
Have to wonder if you left a wire off or put one in the wrong place.
The main power for the fuel injection and ignition come off the main starter positive. And a cold start wire comes off the starter solenoid.

Nope.. It's probably your pump mounted injection module (or injection pump) what ever you wanna call it.. A little control box up in the engine compartment next to the intake.. little 4 wire connection.. Pain in the **** expensive..
