MY JAGUAR S-TYPE IS ROLLING OVER BUT NOT STARTING,IT IS GETTING GAS AND IT IS FIRING....SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM

Looks like a cam sensor or crank sensor that affects the firing order for the fuel injection. You can have fuel pressure but if your injectors are not opening up it will never go on. Your check engine light should be on. I would get a diagnostic tool connected to let you know wich sensor is causing this to get it going. you'd be surprised at how a sensor can affect these cars.

Need to know about a fuel switch in a 2004 s type jaguar

the only switch i can think you are talking about is an inertia switch.
It is located in passenger side just above the floor,

The S-Type fuel pump is a complicated 'returnless-system' with an
electric pump on the right side and a 'jet-pump' on the left side
to pump fuel back to the right side. The tank is a 'saddle style'
tank with a 'HUMP' in the middle where the driveshaft goes so the
right side is the side where the fuel need to be to go to the
engine. Sometimes the left jet-pump gets clogged and even if the
gauge reads some fuel level other than empty, the right side might
be empty. You can pull the rear seat cushion and some cover screws
to get to both the electric and jet-pump covers to look into the
tank sections.....

enjoy your car

1993 jaguar xj6, do I need to drain fuel out before removing the fuel lines?

If the tank has much over a gallon (5L) then you would be best to drain the remainder of the fuel, otherwise you should be able to change the lines without looseing much fuel.
The obvious thing to note, is you are working on a fuel system, and the risk of produceing a fire is very high, even with the tank empty!

Hi
Get the EGR valve checked out, this is a Exhaust Gas Recycler valve, this is what they do sometimes work sometimes dont. it basically re-uses any unburnt fuel and forces it back into the engine, when they start to fail you normally only get about 4000 rpm, as this is not constant it may just be dirty, loacte the part remove it and clean it with carb cleaner, if you need more info please let me know and I will talk you through it.

S TYPE 2001 Wont go beyong 3000 Revs

No, You have a high pressure fuel system. Things are not that simple anymore.
You need to get it checked properly as the fault is in the engine managment system.
The limp mode is the car protecting itself from you and allowing you to get home. Thats it.

Nostart coil not fireing

Fuel Fail 24 is the code for the Ignition Amplifier Module. These are very difficult to find for older Jags because Jaguar does not make them anymore. I also do not know of any aftermarket companies that make them new. I do know you can get a remanufactured one from www.jagbits.com. It will cost you somewhere around $300 but without it, the car is junk. If you need any information on replacing it, let me know, and I will be glad to walk you through it.
