You can go to a junkyard and find your car and get the door handles. this is a lot cheaper then the dealer, or maybe a auto parts store has replacement handles.

How to replacement cluster Kia optima 2003

If I understand correctly you are wanting to replace your instrument cluster in your 2003 kia optima? If that it is the case then it is a fairly simple job. First, find yourself a short handled (phillips head) screwdriver-- You will use this to unscrew the three screws on the top of the black panel in front of the cluster. At this point, you should be able to use a flat head screwdriver to pry the top of this panel down so as to get a grip on it, then pull on it gently till it comes out (don't worry if you feel resistance as this is normal; there are two clamps that fasten by snapping on the bottom). One this is out, you will need a long handled, phillips head screwdriver to unscrew the four screw that keep the cluster in place. Once this is done, you can pull it out enough so as to unhook the three wire harnesses that are connected to the back of the cluster. Once that is done, voila-- your panel is out and all you have to do is repeat those steps backwards to install your new one (:

Drivers door won't open using outside latch.

The rod connecting the outside latch handle to the latch catch is disconnected. Someone will need to take the door panel off and repair the connection rod. It was a broken plastic connector that joined the rods on my 2003 Kia Optima that caused the problem.

Driver's side door will unlock but will not open

On mine if I lock the door while I was inside ,I could'nt open the door unless i rolled down the window and use the door handle,it was a bar inside thr door pannel that came loose and I had to re atached it.

Driver side door lock

I took mine in for a issue like that but it was from the door getting popped open when the keys got locked inside... They fixed it free of charge, warranty.

The driver door on my 2004kia optmia wont open.

If you have tried the inside, and outside door handle, and it does not open you need a new door latch assembly.

Changing back spark plugs underneath engine cover

I'm fairly certain those motors require the upper intake manifold be removed to gain access to the rear spark plugs. You might be better off bringing it to a qualified technician as it gets fairly involved. If i remember correctly it's about a 2 hour job and requires a few gaskets.
