Your going to have to check for spark, Accords had problems with the igniter in the distributor, also check for fuel pressure 34-41 PSI, now when the igniter fails there is no spark and no fuel pressure because there is no power to the pump,
Pull spark plug, make sure you put wire back on, ground it against metal on engine, now have somone turn over engine, watch for spark.
No spark ? then you need ign. ignitor

hondas have many problem with the distributors coils , did you check for spark when not starting ..try this..pull the distributor cap and check for spark direct to the coil..
Ignition coil, transistor, rotor, distributor cap or other component in ignition circuit like ignition switch- may crank but no spark. In that order. Good luck.
