Where is the knock sensor located on a 2001dodge ram van 1500 5.2 engine

No knock sensors on the early style Dodge Ram engines. If you've got a knock issue, you need to check some other things. Part of your hot weather spark knock is a combination of high intake air temps, low octane fuel, and too much spark advance, or too quick of an advance curve in your PCM. Were is the IAT sensor located on my 1999 dodge ram

This should be the only sensor located on the Air Filter casing/intake. It measures the Intake Ambient Air Temperature and sends that information to the PCM/IPM to gauge the correct Air and Fuel mixture to have the Engine start and run.

Your vehicle dose not have a maf sensor. They used a map sensor it is on the engine located under the front of the breater where it attaches to the engine.

Where is iat sensor on 98 dodge ram 5.2l

You can find the intake air temp sensor on those engines at the right front of the intake manifold just behind the alternator. It goes into the manifold at an angle and should be in plain sight.

I am looking for the I.A.T. Sensor location on my truck

If your looking for the Intake Air Temp/Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor (IAT/MAP)(2003 model year and up) It is on the top of the intake manifold, just to the left of the #3 injector fuel line. There are 2 small Torx screws holding it.
