Take a small flat head screw driver and pop the lens off. check the bulb. then make sure the switch is not turned off. check fuses.

Is there an OBD1 readear for a 95 Nissan Maxima?

In rare cases your 1995 Maxima might use OBD2 but it is probably a OBD1. You could try an OBD1 reader but unfortunately OBD1 was not anywhere as useful for diagnostics as the OBD2.

Speed sensor location on a Nissan Maxima 2000 gxe

There are two speed sensors one is called a revolution sensor that is located on the case of the transmission. You can take the driver side wheel off and see the sensor on the top of the case of the transmission. A 10mm bolt is holding it in. Easy fix

Moon roof does not open. Fuse?

Yes,it could be a fuse or a relay. if they are both good then check to see if the motor is locked up. behind the moon roof on the head liner there should be an access panel that you can remove to expose the motor. using a torx head (star) or an allen head you should be able to manually turn the motor. if it will not mve then you may have a locked up motor, debris in the track, or a broken track.
