Yes sounds like he may have, there is a sleeve/bushing that comes with the new alternator and it is sometimes a pain to get the new one to fit and many inexperienced mechanics think it is not needed. the bolt will slide through that sleeve and make a smooth and tight fit if not installed what probably happened is that it was tightened and worked for a wile just fine then the alternator loosened from the vibration and now has room to vibrate the sleeve if you have the box the alternator came in is like a brass looking color and is a tube with a **** cut in the side running the length of the tube. hope this helps should be no problem to just take alternator partially out again and slide it in and fix it right good luck message if you need anything

In reading your issue, it seems that your alternator has locked up and may need to be replaced. I would recommend taking the belt off and then trying to spin the alternator pulley as well as all of the other pulley's that the belt runs on (if applicable). If it is the alternator then it is an easy fix and you can pick one up at your local auto parts store. Make sure that you disconnect the battery before you start working on the alternator as the connections will have an electrical current from the battery. I would recommend that you replace that belt as well.

Car shaking tires are not low and noise coming from right tire area

sounds like it could be a U-joint --- remove the wheel and check the joints for broken parts.
if this does not to seem to be the issue,, can you please describe the noise you hear in more detail. ( you might have a wheel bearing that is breaking apart and causing axel drag ).

Ok, what is an mp amp?
When I think of amps, I think of ampheres, which could refer to the power of a sound system or alternator. But I don't know what you mean?

have your local dealer check the throttle position sensor on the injector pump..most likely bad sensor causing delayed shifts

My mechanic, (which is a good one) told me I need new axle but wat do I need(parts) to assure that I never have another shake or noise from under there?

Never is a long time. Shakes and noises can be caused by dozens of things, like bushings, bearings, heat shields, motor mounts, etc., etc. I would trust your mechanic.

1993 Lexus SC400- alternator has been replaced twice but dash lights and headlights continue to flicker especially when breaking. When driving car the first 15 min or so it shakes and makes loud grinding...

First have battery checked at a Interstate battery place or equivelant. All issues point to low voltage. A shorted battery will cause the alternator not to work.

Battery guage light is on alternator sounds whiny

The alternator is not supplying a sufficient charge to the battery so the battery light has come on. If the alternator is failing the continued drain on the battery can cause it to fail as well. The "whiny" noise may be the bearings in the alternator pulley going bad. I would have the alternator checked asap.
