2006 dodge charger front end squeaking

First you need to check your outer tie rod ends, then you need to check your lower control arm bushings also you will need to look at the sway bar bushings. That is what I have found worn out on my 2006 dodge daytona charger

My front brakes squeak, I replaced the pads but the squeak is still there. These have squeaked for a long time?

There is an ongoing problem with squeaking front brakes on dodge rams and charger rt.From 2000 up to present Ihave been told dodge used cheap pads and rotors on a lot of there cars and trucks.I own a 2008 charger rt with 40000 miles and changed brake pads and rotors twice and they still squeak.i herd only remedy is to buy upgraded pads and rotors but these are much more expensive then stock parts. For now i am putting up with squeak till i get the extra money to get rid of noise.the brakes wont fail they just squeak.(I know very annoying)for now i just turn up radio a little louder LoL.But until dodge admits there using cheap ???? parts complaining to dealer didnt help.Good luck. PS A friend of mine put on slotted rotors and expensive pads and yes the still squeak. So mabye it has somthing to do with calipers but again dodge wont admit this.

I just changed the brakes in my 2006 charger, now when I stop at low speeds I feel a shake. Depending on how fast I brake, not quite violent, but definitely noticeable. I replaced them With Ceramic and did...

If that was the reason you replace your brake pads, the you also need to turn your brake rotor's, either way there warp, have them turned and that will fix your problem.

Cannot get rear rotor off a Dodge Charger 2006. Any Suggestions?

make sure there is no bolts holding it on if that ok then if you are not reusing the rotor hit with a hammer to break it loose. if you plan on reusing the rotor spay it with some penetrating oil then lightly tap on the hub to break it loose. good luck
