Question about 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Sounds like you probably need a transmission vary common with the Grand Cherokees but check your fluid if it smells burnt like a nasty stink then the clutches in your trans are worn and burnt witch need a rebuild it could also be the bands have either broke or are vary worn or the valve body may have a servo that has broken causing it to not give the signal to flow the fluid into the 2nd and so on clutches hope this helps good luck
