The hum is comming from the electric fuel pump, all pumps hum a littlem it in no way affects the pumps performance, but if it is really loud then the new pump is defective, it is kind of cut and dry, remember a slight humming noise is normal for an electric fuel pump, it will be louder if u run the tank below 1/4 full, this due to the fact that the pump is submerged in the gas inside the tank, so a full tank is a sound insulator.

New fuel pump in 01 blazer making humming noise

No Fuel Pumps do Humbbbb, and some loudly, although you probably left the rubber/insulator for noise absorbtion off the pump. The new ones usually dont come with this, unless you get the whole assembley. It's just a rubber piece that wraps around the pump motor nicely and ablorbs that Hummbbbb.. Time to drop the tank again. I hate when I do that..

I have a 99 escort se fuel gage is stuck on full even with fuel pump module disconnected i have changed cluster 3 times hooked up another module and still notheing could it be my constant control rela

Your problem sounds like a dirty, blocked or faulty gauge sensor which is inside your fuel tank. google search or find a service manual that will tell you how to remove the fuel tank to acess this sensor.

NOT GETTING FUEL . ALREADY CHANGED FUEL FILTER

This truck uses an electric fuel pump, it is located inside the fuel tank, if it is working you can hear it hum for about 1 second when the key is turned to run (not cranking engine), if you have trouble hearing it take off the gas cap and listen for the fuel pump hum, if you don't hear it you most likely need to have it replaced.

Cant start changed fuei filter wires and pluge

check the fuel pump. You can start it and have someone listen by the tank for a 1-2 second hum. If you hear nothing you either have a bad fuse or a bad fuel pump. If the fuel pump is bad you will have to remove the tank.

Wont start or stay on

From the info you provided, it seems like it is not getting constant supply of fuel. I think that don't have a carburator. It has a TBI(Throttle Body Injector. You should hear a faint humming noise at the back coming from within the fuel tank when you turn the key on. Thats the fuel pump. Your fuel pump may have gone out.
