Question about 2003 Ford Expedition
First of all check the level of power steering fluid, if it is full, than have a look around the power steering pump for leaks, as well if you can run the engine and just loosen the pipe at the pump to see if it will split fluid under pressure. If it does than you have to get the steering rack checked.
