Question about 1999 Ford Expedition
Well i had the same prob first i tryed conecting a wire to the starter motor solenoid from the + on the battery and it started so then i opend the ignition and cut into the wire that goes to the solenoid and tested it with a bulb to see if the was any power out and the was none the is a Plastic box on the oppasit side to where you put the key in and inside that are the conection plates one of them was not making the contact that was needed hope this helps you m8 my e mail is firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to chat about this

Check battery fuses,,fuel in the tank..does it crank..?
